He leads our sales teams across the country with a primary focus on IT, while also specializing in areas such as Accounting & Finance, HR, and Corporate Support. Matt has a proven track record of growing national accounts, navigating the complex terrain of enterprise and national sales with a unique local touch. His expertise and dedication are pivotal in expanding the markets we’re in, driving growth for large enterprises, and developing our sales team and processes. At Ferretti Search, Matt is instrumental in solution focused staffing and consulting services, growing our projects, and exploring new ways to partner with our clients.
