Jerry Hix

Jerry Hix brings 17+ years of experience in the recruitment industry to Ferretti Search. He joined Ferretti Search in 2022 and brought his people and relationships first approach to the growing search firm. His expertise ranges from technical recruiting and permanent placement to customer relationship management and team building. Jerry leads the sales team in Charlotte, NC while managing our team’s expansion and client relationships across all markets in South Carolina. He plays an integral role in business development and account management. Jerry holds a B.S. degree in Secondary Education/History from University of South Carolina Upstate and a Master of Education in Divergent Learning from Columbia College.
