Jenna Webb joined Ferretti Search in 2021 with a commitment to operational excellence. While developing some of the most coveted commercial real estate areas in the Charlotte market, Jenna honed her abilities to create efficient processes, remove roadblocks, and support her team to be the best versions of themselves. At Ferretti Search, Jenna is involved in the day-to-day operations, including managing high volume client projects, as well as larger strategic initiatives. She strives to ensure that the team is set up to do their best work for clients and candidates. Jenna is a licensed North Carolina Real Estate broker and holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Carolina – Charlotte Belk College of Business.
