Dan Knutsen

Dan Knutsen brought his unique background of sales, recruiting, and account management experience to Ferretti Search in 2019. As Managing Director, he became the firm’s first employee alongside founder Rick Ferretti. In 2024, he stepped into his current role as Partner to help the firm continue their growth. His expertise ranges across industries, but regardless of the client, Dan remains steadfast in his commitment to matching the right people with the right companies. As Ferretti Search, he is responsible for day-to-day recruiting and offering ongoing training and support to our team of recruiters. He works from our new office in Dublin, Ohio, but his people-first approach allows him to effectively lead Ferretti Search’s team in Charlotte as well.
